Admission to the facilities is subject to maximum capacity.
Pets are not allowed inside the park.
Visitors coming to the park to enjoy their leisure time must comply with the rules governing the proper use of the facilities and follow any instructions provided through information signs, public announcements and, above all, by the activity supervisors and lifeguards responsible for their safety and that of others.
Visitors aged 14 and over may enter the park on their own. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised at all times by the persons responsible for their care.
Be aware of the risks of sun exposure and use sunscreen before and during your stay.
Visitors must respect the queue order and may not reserve places in queues for other people.
Each facility is designed for a specific type of use, and the complete safety of visitors can only be guaranteed when the rules of use are followed. Breaches of these rules, resulting in improper use of the facilities, are what make activities at the water park unsafe.
Conversely, proper use of the facilities — which requires compliance with the posted rules and the instructions of the park’s specialised staff — ensures visitor safety at all times.
To use the facilities, visitors must comply with both the general rules and the specific rules for each attraction and must be in normal physical and mental condition. These conditions must be taken into account because, in most cases, a disability or limitation may not be detectable by the staff member on duty. Visitors must be in normal health to use the attractions. People with back or heart problems or who suffer from dizziness, as well as pregnant women, may not use all attractions. Pregnant women may not use the following attractions: Aqua Rocket, Kamikazes, Waterfall and Tapu Tapu River. They are also advised not to use Nimba, Batanga, Nuru, Black Roll and Splash Mountain.
People suffering from illnesses that may be transmitted through contact with water may not use the aquatic facilities. In addition to the rules governing the use of the facilities, visitors must follow all other instructions displayed throughout the park. These are intended not only to ensure safety but also to maintain the necessary order and hygiene within the park.
In particular, the following rules must be observed:
Sun loungers and deckchairs may only be used in the designated areas (pool sunbathing areas) and may not be moved to other parts of the park.
Ball games of any kind are not permitted, nor is playing with objects that can be thrown, hoops, etc.
Personal music equipment that may disturb other visitors is not permitted unless headphones are used.
No visitor may interrupt the supervision duties of the park’s specialised staff, for everyone’s safety.
For everyone’s safety, it is essential not to distract park staff while they are carrying out their supervision duties.
Admission tickets, passes and promotional vouchers are personal and non-transferable and may not be resold or transferred to another person. They must be kept throughout the entire stay at the Water Park and shown to staff if requested.
Torn, altered, photocopied or damaged tickets will not be accepted.
Picnics are prohibited, as is bringing food and drink into the park (sandwiches and water are permitted). Visitors may leave the park for lunch and re-enter; before leaving, please visit the information desk, where staff will explain the procedure. This information is also clearly displayed before entering the park. Large or bulky objects are not permitted.
Admission prices are determined by height rather than age, as access to and use of the facilities are also regulated according to height. Admission fees will not be refunded due to weather conditions, power cuts or any other circumstances beyond the company’s control. Likewise, payments for services will not be refunded, nor will replacement tickets be provided for another day.
Park management reserves the right of admission and may remove one or more visitors from the park if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate. In such cases, the visitor will not be entitled to a refund of any amount paid for admission or for any service provided within the park.
Compliance with the park regulations is mandatory. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of the season pass without entitlement to any form of compensation from Parcs Aquàtics de la Costa Brava, SL.
In such cases, Park Management reserves the right to take any legal action that may arise from the events concerned.
Some areas and facilities of the Water Park are under video surveillance.
Smoking is prohibited in offices, children’s and family areas, inside facilities, restaurants and queues for all attractions.
The consumption of drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances is not permitted.
Most Aquadiver attractions contain mechanical and electrical components and are therefore subject to maintenance requirements and possible breakdowns.
In either case, or for operational reasons, the company may keep one or more attractions out of service without accepting any liability towards visitors. If one or more attractions are unavailable, visitors will not be entitled to a full or partial refund of the admission fee. Likewise, payments for services will not be refunded in full or in part, nor will replacement tickets be provided for another day.
Visitors will also not be entitled to a refund if, once inside the park, a decision is made to close individual facilities or the entire park due to adverse weather conditions. No payments made for additional services will be refunded in such circumstances.
The park director may order the evacuation of the premises for safety reasons in the event of an accident, serious breakdown, explosive threat or any other similar situation. As in the cases described above, visitors will not be entitled to claim a refund.
Joining the course of any attraction from anywhere other than the designated starting platform is prohibited.
For safety reasons, attractions must not be used while wearing glasses, pendants, bracelets, watches, chains, large earrings or any other item that could pose a safety risk to the user. These items may also damage the structure of the attractions.
People who are unable to swim must use approved flotation devices, such as certified life jackets. For hygiene and safety reasons, visitors must wear swimwear only when using the attractions.
Diving and holding your breath are prohibited.
Please note that the water in all pools and attractions is treated with chlorine (15% sodium hypochlorite) and hydrochloric acid (25%). LPH liquid degreaser is also used to clean the attractions.
Accidents, thefts, lost property and other incidents must be reported. All visitors are required to report any incident that occurs while using any of the facilities.
The following sections describe the rules governing the use of each attraction in the park and the instructions for using the additional services. Compliance with these rules ensures the proper use of the facilities.
